some projects currently underway are: the inter-cultural language school for trainers (with training for immigrants to integration coach and many integration activities), language and parental involvement, language and integration, parenting your child project coach, identity development and empowerment training for youth training project and the domestic peace. sipi is always proper to projects that are demand-driven training and development. example, if we humans learn the dutch language, we ask what they want it and do what they want to. their desires and goals are the starting point in developing our training and methods. also the projects is always attuned to everyone's life-history of migration, belonging to two cultures, and cultural diversity and definiteness.
