solutionware corporation is the developer of mazacam cad/cam and editor. providing cnc solutions for machine shops since 1975. mazak shops look to mazacam's programming system for 3 major reasons: 1. they need to convert mazatrol programs from one controls to another, this could be from a t32 to a new smooth control. 2. they choose to program mazatrol on a computer which helps them program mazatrol in one controlled area such as a desk. this keeps the machines running parts while the programmer generates all the mazatrol programs for different machines. 3. they want to take advantage of programming mazatrol from cad files instead of having to generate all the calculations by hand. this minimizes errors and reduces the time it takes to make a program on the machine.
