Society for Mining, Metallurgical and Exploration (Sme Futa)

an affiliate of the society for mining, metallurgical, and exploration. the federal university of technology akure, nigeria student chapter. we are the first sme chapter in the africa region and our goal is to help and support mining students and related disciplines in building their careers via technical recourses and professional development through networking and exposure to mining professionals and companies within nigeria, africa, and across the continent. we are open to collaborative projects with mining industries, sme branches, and personnel within and outside the african continent in shaping the student's career journey, sharing mining experiences, getting required 21st-century mining skills, and helping to fulfill our goal. you can reach out to us via (smefutanigeria@gmail.com), thanks.
