socalskater.com offers a line of affordable quality skate products that are used and tested by skaters. we have now added some of the best brands available like gravity, loaded, abec 11, plan b and many others. socalskater.com is my (dave sexton's) creation. i was introduced to skating in 1978 because my best friend dean bassett was completely immersed into the 70's skate scene and let my use his hobbie board. well, it wasn't long before the 80's skate parks started popping up all over the place and he and i found ourselves selling e.h. wallboards at gart bros. in denver, co where we both worked. that turned into a life long love of skateboarding that i let slip away in my 30's and 40's. fast forward...
