social-bee is a full service integration- & personnel service provider that allows companies to integrate refugees in their workforce in a simple and efficient manner. we take on all related efforts and topics in order to facilitate the employment of refugees. our service includes recruiting, job preparation, training, mentoring as well as bureaucracy and liability. via the concept of temporary employment, companies get access to a completely new pool of highly motivated employees and professional support for a sustainable integration. as a social start-up we want to create long-term perspectives for refugees in germany. this is why we pursue our objective to place our employees in a permanent position or apprenticeship after 1.5 years at the most.
