the social business consulting group is a student run non-profit organization that provides pro bono consulting services to social entrepreneurs around the world. we connect college students with meaningful projects, enhance the impact of social ventures, and empower students to effect positive social change. most colleges have programs to serve their immediate community, but the majority lack service organizations that help those that need it most—socially conscious organizations in developing countries. social entrepreneurs in the world’s impoverished nations generally lack the time and money they need to implement an idea that has the potential to solve today’s most pressing problems. with the social business consulting group, social entrepreneurs can connect to the resources of universities and students, and enhance the likelihood that they will succeed in their efforts to change the world. our organization has paired students with social entrepreneurs in eight countries. working i
