the social entrepreneurship association is a collegiate organization that empowers students to discover meaningful and fulfilling work that satisfies their economic aspirations and creates a positive social impact on the world. the association welcomes its members to a network of motivated, empathetic change makers; fosters knowledge about local and global social issues; provides opportunities to partner with socially conscious businesses on impactful consulting projects; offers an education and training on key business skills; and spreads awareness about career paths that help others including benefit corporations, foundations, nonprofits, corporate social responsibility divisions, and more. the social entrepreneurship association was founded at the university of california, san diego in 2018 and aspires to grow nationally in order to empower all students to discover meaning, fulfillment and service in their careers. --- “social entrepreneurship is not about a few extraordinary
