who we are sef, the social entrepreneurship forum vienna, is a student initiative providing an event and information platform for social entrepreneurs (to be). sef expands perspectives, connects likeminds and inspires to take action. who we are for we at sef welcome people with any type of background and education level - the common feature is always an interest in entrepreneurial actions that create social impact. since we are located at the wu vienna university of economics and business our main target group consists of business students at wu. what we do sef’s mission is built on three pillars: -> expand perspectives: sef creates a bridge between economic business models and social issues. in the long-run, we aim to create a bigger picture, perceiving social engagement as a vital part of doing business. -> connect likeminds: sef establishes and grows a community around social entrepreneurship consisting of motivated individuals, who are willing to collectively think outside the box,
