we are strategic leaders whose mission is to empower people and organizations to thrive through just equity and inclusion practices. we create opportunities, growth and impact in people and organizations worldwide. our strategy is to build models to mitigate the impact of bias, enhance equity and inclusion practices, and improve just outcomes. we bring a fresh, lively and humble approach to equity and inclusion training and education - spanning bias reduction in the workplace and classrooms to educating juries, law enforcement and health care providers on how bias influences outcomes. our work is rooted in intersectional research, organizational theory, and real world examples from popular culture, news media, history, finance and law. we also provide executive coaching for business leaders and expert testimony for legal professionals to achieve equitable and just processes and outcomes.
