Social Planning Council of Winnipeg

 monitor and analyze social issues and needs, critique existing social policy and formulate new policy options for consideration;  evaluate existing social policies, programs and services;  conceptualize, design and implement plans based on research and consultation in accordance with the policies and priorities established by the board of directors and committee members;  facilitate the marketing of strategic priorities utilizing research and analysis developed through publications, workshops, consultations and presentations;
