sss provides research design and implementation services as well as organizational development services, including organizational analysis, training and coaching. the founder, dr peter nelson, recognized the need for bringing empirical research methodology into the process of organizational development. his psychological research on human perception and attention led him to the realization that once organizational problems are identified, the individuals involved require coaching and re-training of their attention and perception. without changing the latter, the creative change--even when the problems are identified--will not occur.
