Social Spin Laundromat

we're an arizona-based, benefit corporation transforming the laundromat experience for our low-income neighbors and offering on-the-job-training for opportunity youth. first problem we’re solving: laundromats are underperforming community assets. second problem we’re solving: there are more than 18,000 children in arizona’s care. approximately 800 young adults “age-out” each year, and only 25% receive services from programs helping youth transition into adulthood. when you support social spin, you support our community: •you contribute to the creation of vibrant social hubs that celebrate arts, culture and community •you teach opportunity youth employable skills and building their confidence our services *** launching august 21 *** wash & fold services from $1.00/lb dry cleaning for $4.00/item first laundromat with self serving washers and dryers opens in winter 2017 / 2018
