in 2009, founders david, sebastian and oliver launched maloon, a web design agency. 4 years later, in 2013, the socialhub story started since our customers increasingly asked us to help them provide better customer support on social media (while voicing frustration that there wasn’t an existing tool to do the job). that’s when things got interesting. there were many social media tools available, but none gave our customers what they really needed: an intuitive and easy-to-use solution for responding faster and more effectively to social conversations. today, we continue to work closely with our customers. their feedback drives our journey to become the best solution for managing your conversations across all social media platforms. in just over two years we’ve added over 1,000 social media heroes to our community of satisfied users. companies that use socialhub to manage their social media include transport networks, government organizations and multi-outlet retail stores.
