social lab combines consulting, process management and design experience in an inspiring blueprint for how to work with social innovation and sustainability. social lab helps develop and implement new business ideas that have value both for business and for the surrounding communities. at the same time we train staff to work on social innovation on their own. consulting we advise about socially and environmentally sustainable business. we have both teaching experience and advice in developing new business ideas and in social and environmental sustainability. design when we develop new solutions and business ideas, we work with a design process based on the social challenges and human needs. the process includes methods and tools that unfolds the creative potential of participants and brings them all the way from idea to realization. process when we work with a given task we act as process leaders. we focus on creating a good group process and to create the right conditions for creativi
