la sociedad científica de derecho constitucional en adelante también denominada “sociderconst” o “sociedad”, es una sociedad de carácter académica y de afiliación voluntaria con el propósito de estimular la participación y sistematización de las actividades del derecho constitucional, tanto en la formación, divulgación, creación científica y tecnológica. sociderconst se enmarca en la resolución n° 145 – 2017 de la vicerrectoría de investigación y postgrado de la universidad autónoma de chile. la sociderconst tiene como fin incentivar y desarrollar en los estudiantes de la carrera de derecho la actividad científica e investigadora, fomentando el desarrollo del conocimiento a través de la ciencia propia del derecho y el uso de la tecnología, teniendo su directorio en las sedes santiago y talca de la universidad autónoma de chile.
