promotion of higher education is broad goal of srde. srde conducts a common entrance test at the all india level -national aptitude test. this test is conducted both at the ug and pg levels. nat 2008 was accepted by nearly 70 universities/ institutions. the olympiad series of nat popular in schools is nat-go. srde publishes a higher education research journal - shej. srde also has a community college established in faridabad as srde community college (scc). the society confers scholarships & awards worth rs .one lakh and rs. ten thousand respectively to the meritorious candidates based on their nat scores each year for funding their higher education avenues.
