Society for the Prevention of Animal Cruelty and Abuse
the society for the prevention of animal cruelty and abuse was founded in 2012, as a non-profit, charitable organization. our mission is to fight animal cruelty & abuse through active and aggressive enforcement of pennsylvania's animal cruelty laws. the funds we raise will be used to train and equip humane society police officers (hspos) in pennsylvania, starting with our home county (lehigh), where at the time of this posting, are no registered hspos. to support our mission, we must also work to establish effective communication and coordination between existing animal shelter and rescue organizations and local emergency service dispatchers. while our start is local, we hope to make a difference across the nation and around the world!
