society investment group, llc (sig, llc) is a privately owned real estate investment firm headquartered in nashville, tn with offices in atlanta, ga. we acquire multi-family, retail, office and industrial properties. our largest investment vehicle is commercial real estate in which we focus primarily on the acquisition of multi-family properties throughout the southeast and midwest. in this vehicle we have two segments, one based solely on the strength of asset in which we acquire turn-key class aa assets and look for a strong yield over time and the second in which we utilize a value-add strategy by capital infusion and more effective operations.
