soal - the society of accredited leaders - is a network of people in leadership positions who are committed to developing leadership capability in themselves and others, and in fostering humane, inclusive, ethical and achievement-oriented organisations. soal will officially launch in february 2016 and will offer members: • accreditation as an accredited leader • leader profile tool • online development programs and processes • access to a library of resources such as articles, book reviews, video links • discussion forums - across the entire network and in special interest groups - to share information and resources and post case studies of members "wicked problems” for obtaining ideas and suggestions on managing such challenges • access to expert practitioners, mentors, peer support networks and professional development "buddies” • discounts on public or in-house workshops, seminars and leadership retreats • referral service to qualified consultants and professional coaches.
