Society of Daughters of Mary Immaculate

daughters of mary immaculate is an international religious congregation approved by the authority of his holiness the pope through the respective dioceses of the catholic church to work internationally. today the dmis are working as missionaries in united states of america, brazil, france, germany, italy, tanzania, zambia, malawi, ethiopia, south sudan, central african republic, india and papua new guinea. born out of the love of god and his people, and in answer to the cries of the poor, the dmis and mmis respond to every genuine need of humanity, as demanded by the signs of the times, through child welfare programs, women development programs and every level of educational strategy including non-formal education up to the higher level technical education. begun in 1984, the saga of dmi has been extended through the mmis and their collective service to humanity has diversified without losing its roots of loving god in serving the poor, to be fully human and fully alive.
