our purpose the main objective of the society of women in business is to cultivate ethical and qualified candidates who will aspire to obtain higher managerial roles and become leaders in what could be the most influential companies that will shape our future. this society hopes to connect students to business leaders and peers within the business community as well as encourage them to expand into different communities. we will empower and help students excel in the workforce and inspire students to embrace being a women in business by: exposing them to leaders who have been in their positions, creating and informing students about current and future opportunities, and by forming close relationships with members in the society as well as in other organizations. vision this is not a society that aims to single out women for preferential treatment. rather, we exist to provide women with the tools, networks, and knowledge they need to shift the gender balance themselves and assume lead
