our startup is entitled “socment” which means housing societymanagement. our basic idea is to provide all management services to "society" through it. we connect with workers from different areas of the field and work as a bridge between society's demands and workers to solve the problem faster. for example, the builder takes a contract to build an apartment for society. further, the apartment is occupied by the residents. after some time, residents start facing many apartment-related issues like pipe leakage, electrical wiring problem, and many more. however, the residents are busy in their business to not give proper time for these problems. if the residents try to contact any plumbers or any laborers, usually, they charge more than specified. here we will take the contract to manage society after builders, which can be done through proper data analysis and data mining. since we make a tie with several builders and ground-level workers, this is going to provide job opportunities for
