the company is a moroccan subsidiary of a spanish company, which was constituted in may 2006 for the purpose of operating as a real estate developer, constructor and seller of housing units in the kingdom of morocco. the company has three offices, two of them in the location of tamesna and the other one in tangier with a direct workforce of 35 workers. the project located in the city of tangier, called “the pearl of tangier”, belongs to a subsidiary company of socolomed that is called the “société la perla de tanger, srl”. the project located in the city of tamesna, the project “the villas of marrakech” as well as the plots owned by the company are included in the assets of the company socolomed. at present, the company owns more than 229.000 m2 of land located in the cities of marrakech, tangier and tamesna (rabat), where it is developing and/or will develop different real estate projects.
