soda city fc (scfc) was founded by passionate local soccer players and is a semi-professional soccer team that plays year-round in the southeast division of the united premier soccer league(upsl), a professional development soccer league. as a non-profit organization, our goal is to provide soccer players in columbia and surrounding areas a pathway to extend their playing careers in a professional development environment. targeting players between the ages of 17-32, soda city fc will provide opportunities to play for a purpose, and showcase abilities at an elite level in a local, regional and national format. as a member of the upsl, scfc will be eligible to participate in the qualifying rounds of the lamar hunt u.s. open cup and the u.s. amateur open cup. our mission is to bring a united premier soccer league(upsl) team to columbia for the families and community to support, and have the chance to showcase our local talent across the country. we are a club committed to supporting o
