Sofe (Sisterhood of Financial Executives) Club

three businesswomen and one financial businessman are focusing on the empowerment of women financial executives from 40 countries (on five continents) using business english as their language. this private club is formally launching in 2021 and is named “sofe (sisterhood of financial executives) club”. membership will be by invitation only for women financial leaders gainfully employed (not in transition) or successfully making a living running their own enterprises. the “sofe club” will be virtual. each member will be in pod group (ten women in each pod) and engage in two required 30 minute virtual meetings monthly. one meeting is “accountability work team” (glass-ceiling challenges, equality of pay, work-place bias, career management, day-to-day work stress, professional focus) and the other is “accountability buddy group” (work-life integration, personal items, wellness, wealth, family dynamics). pod meetings will be moderated as needed by our cco (chief communications offic
