soft au pairs. (hereafter known as sap) is a newly established business that operates in the au pair industry. the business is in cape town, and will train and place candidates locally and internationally in this area, as well as surrounding areas in the western cape province. as a long-term, sap aims to expand its services to the rest of south africa. the founder of sap has over 7 years’ experience in the industry, which includes working as a consultant that placed candidates internationally and locally. through this experience, i gained knowledge through educating myself to identify a gap in the au pair market of south africa. the owner will use her own discretion and innovation to serve a market where there is a demand for a careful match between the host family and an au pair.
