core idea behind soft skills builders is that while the organizations have a laundry list of soft skill requirements such as communication skills, organizational skills, team player etc, there is no place where the students or employees can actually learn it without being in an organization. this virtually creates a vicious circle, wherein people who are not good with soft skills don’t even get a chance to refine them. thus, on one hand, organizations take it for granted that the person joining them would already be aware of the skills; yet, on the other hand, employee assumes that if it was important, they would have been trained on a skill. yet another layer is that candidates don’t even know how and what to present to their interviewers or colleagues. we aim to break this vicious circle. our soft skill modules cover a series of topics ranging from personality development to communication skills to cross cultural training to business communication. some of the details are as follows:
