softcopy was founded in 1998. the goal was to create world class software to analyse large sets of research data and to make it available as widely as possible at fair value. we converted and formatted all data into relational databases. these were optimised to enhance speed. as the need of the market changed we added more and more functionality to our software. we have re-written data explorer a number of times in order to keep up with the changes in technology and demand. our proprietary databases increased access speed to such an extend that it allows our software to access and analyse complete sets of data in a single run. after 2002 we increased our product range from a cross-tab program to include correspondence analysis, segmentation software, print planning and media analysis software, data extraction and offer services like conversion of data, fusion of data and the creation of presentations. we have introduced into to market three new products to analyse all aspects of tv dat
