software engineer and doctors housing co-operative society limited, bangalore (sead) established under karnataka co-operative act 1959 (8) for the software engineers, engineers, doctors, scientists and staff of information technology, bpo, ites etc. it was formed in september 2008 by like minded software engineers and doctors. sead has given emphasis on development of quality infrastructure in its planning area with a view to provide better living environment. the objective of the society is to provide good quality housing to members at rates that are affordable. sead is headed by president, vice president, secreatary, treasurer and 11 members board. sead undertakes layout formation, housing schemes and land development schemes as envisaged in the act and subject to the control of the board and the dept. co-operative, government of karnataka.
