the southern indiana federation for advanced manufacturing education (so.infame) is a collaboration between world class manufacturers, vincennes university and local work force agencies. together these manufacturers partner to employ students in the advanced manufacturing technician (amt) program. this exciting two-year work/study associate degree program combines cutting-edge curriculum, paid working experience, along with learning highly sought-after business principles and best practices of world-class manufacturers. students will attend classes at vincennes university for three days per week, with eight or more hours of classroom instruction from highly qualified industry experts. students then have the opportunity to apply this learning at sponsoring companies, earning a competitive wage. this approach not only provides a high-quality collegiate experience, but allows the student to receive two full years of on the job experience with a pay structure designed to cover the expens
