sojourner center, one of the largest domestic violence shelter in the united states, is committed to transforming lives. since 1977, sojourner center has provided shelter and support services to hundreds of thousands of women and children affected by domestic violence. sojourner center provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, domestic violence education, safety planning, lay-legal advocacy, case management, a child development center, 24-hour crisis hotline, referral services, community education and healthcare through an on-site clinic.
