the mission of sol source is to design the most optimized and easily constructed solar power plants. we accomplish this by utilizing an integrated materials management method. sol source performs an in-depth analysis on proposed sites to determine the best material selection and method of construction. we provide turnkey engineering packages included sites with substations. our team then does a complete takeoff of material needed to build the site, manages procurement and coordinates logistics of material delivery to ensure construction stays on schedule. we perform qa/qc checks to ensure material is installed per manufacturers installation instructions and compile all closeout and o&m; documentation. our goal is to find the perfect balance of price, expediency and quality to provide the highest return as quickly as possible with the least amount of risk.
