Solace - Mental Health

we at solace-mental health aim to bring people with similar mental health issues together and heal in cohorts, making it economical for people unable to afford one-on-one sessions. and hence, take the first step towards better mental health. furthermore, solace in future would provide a one-stop destination for users to avail themselves of community support, i.e. group therapies, support groups, listening circles, etc. users can vent out in these cohorts and get peer support. thus, we grow together as a community. we are currently providing free listening circles every week. the details for the same is posted on our instagram handle @solace.mentalhealth. listening circle is a group that can really hear us, where we feel we won't be judged or have to deal with negative consequences as a result of speaking our truth. it's where we go around in a circle and speak from the heart while everyone else listens.
