Solare Collegiate Charter School

solare collegiate believes in the potential of students in the southwest mesa of albuquerque, new mexico, regardless of economics or previous academic performance. solare collegiate is a newly approved state charter school, set to open in august 2019, with a founding group of 52 fifth grade students and 104 sixth grade students. solare collegiate is unique in that we focus exclusively on the education of middle grades, one of only six charter schools to do so in the state of new mexico. our middle school begins in fifth grade, with content specialization. utilizing research-based practices, we believe we will demonstrate that the opportunity gap can be closed in the southwest mesa, and put our students on the path to success in high school and college.
