my name is stephen smith and i’m a realtor here on north carolina’s beautiful outer banks. i’ve lived in this area for almost 20 years now, and there’s truly no place i’d rather be. i was born and raised in eastern north carolina, and in my early career i got to see the entire country as a systems engineer for a national software company. i even spent a year living in carlsbad, california - so i’ve lived on the pacific and atlantic oceans. but the outer banks is special, and that’s why my goal as a real estate agent here is to build relationships with my neighbors and anyone interested in living the island life here on the obx. i want to share my passion for this area, so i’ll be using my background in social media and technology to promote the outer banks, our unique towns, and all that this area has to offer people of any age group. it’s a great place to live, a great place to work, and the best place i’ve found in the entire country to call home. i want to help you find the p
