soldamol is specialized in laser welding. this system of high precision welding consists to channel the laser beam through mirrors focusing all energy in a small point. this can create bonding points or generate welding cords (in the case of adding material) of the order of a tenth of a millimeter (0.10 mm). further, because the energy provided by laser beam is responsible for melting the material, preheating is not required in the weld area, which avoids the problems of deformation or "sink marks"​. it can be applied in all metals: all kinds of steel, iron, aluminum, titanium, copper, beryllium copper (spring copper), ... ideal system for: - mold and dies - special mechanical pieces - orthotics - surgical tools - laboratory prototype - model making soldamol also uses the welding systems plasma (paw), tig and electrical. we apply the right fit in each case.
