soldier housing welfare organization (shwo) has been established to promote, control and co-ordinate the development of houses at selected places, across india, on first come first serve basis as a welfare measure.we continually work to improve and enhance the military homes and communities we manage. through our expertly trained personnel, we provide attentive, responsive resident services including 24-hour maintenance, children’s programs, and free special events. some communities also provide courtesy patrols, intrusion alarm systems, and internet access. we routinely seek and react to resident feedback through surveys, town hall meetings, focus groups and correspondence. through these efforts, our communities have won numerous awards for development and customer service including many “a” list awards.
