hi my name is david minor and i'm a registered social worker and clinical counsellor. i started solidarity coaching and counselling because i love partnering with people who want to grow and improve their lives. i take an approach that looks at the whole person and develop a plan tailored to your specific needs and desires. i work with adults and adolescents to improve their wholistic wellness, and improve their performance in work, school and relationships. my approach is based on cbt and solution-focused therapy and will give you the skills to improve your wellness and performance in as short a time as possible. during sessions we can meet in my office, online, or while walking at the park. we'll have deep engaging discussions about what's important to you and craft a detailed plan for how you will get there. i like to joke around and use humor with my clients because life is too short to always be serious. it is so satisfying for me to see my clients take ownership of their li
