solids development was founded as a spin-off of the pharmaceutical technology department of the university of bonn. after numerous successful projects with pharmaceutical industry, we have been offering our services from own laboratories since 2014. our main competence covers the interface between pharma and technology, i.e., the knowledge about interactions between formulations on the one hand and manufacturing equipment and processes on the other hand. we do concentrate on the field of 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀, especially regarding their development, optimization, and analysis, including corresponding technologies and measurement techniques. solids development consists of a team of experienced people, who have worked for numerous years in the fields of tableting, wet and dry granulation, instrumentation, process visualization and evaluation, including scale up/down issues.
