solidworks mining and quarrying, ltd is a uk-based private company (registered in united kingdom and nigeria), established in 2010 to focus on the exploration and evaluation of a number of solid mineral licenses held in central nigeria (abuja f.c.t. state). we are currently planning exploration for 2 distinct areas and in 2010 a soil sampling programme was completed. our financing model consists on own funds, complemented by the creation of a business angel/private equity firms and/or crowdfinancing pool of company shareholders, that are invited to joining us in bringing our project to life, on a trustful and responsible investment relationship, through monitored and audited company operations.
