hacia fines del año 2010 la empresa se instala en una fábrica ya existente con 6000 m2, dentro de una parcela de 30.000 m2, del parque industrial de rio grande, tierra del fuego, y así comenzar sus principales actividades productivas. en julio de 2012 solnik s.a. ya contaba con la fábrica refuncionalizada en rio grande, equipada con máquinas, dispositivos y equipos de producción de alta tecnología necesarios para asegurar los altos estándares de seguridad eléctrica y eficiencia energética establecidos por el mercado. la empresa comenzó las actividades industriales para septiembre de 2012 contando con un plantel con profesionales, técnicos y operarios capacitados, en todos los casos, con el nivel adecuado para el desempeño de sus funciones.
