an oregon lighting agency. the solus outside sales team has over 80 years of combined lighting & electrical experience, and is dedicated to educating and adding value to our customers. we do this through product training, literature updates, offering design assistance, and providing exceptional customer service every day. the solus inside sales team is responsible for providing day-to-day customer service, helping our customers locate the product, answering technical questions, providing stock and project quotations, and facilitating order management. while each staff is specialized in one aspect of our business, they are also cross-trained to handle any of the inside sales responsibilities.
