i have been a fitness enthusiast most of my life. from years of running , martial arts training, strength training and cardiovascular fitness and hiit training, i know how good it feels to stay active and constantly challenge myself. inside of every person there is an athlete and i love to bring out the inner athlete in all of my clients! i can identify with clients struggling to find the time to workout, dealing with the weight loss/weight gain cycle, overeating, lack of motivation and lack of confidence because i have been on both sides of the equation. through lifestyle changes and maintaining focus i have been able to attain my fitness goals while continuing to challenge myself. i love that i can use my personal experiences along with my knowledge and training to help my clients find success in their fitness and weight loss journey.
