we are a group of experienced practitioners who work with others to make them more effective and to deliver business results. we do not describe ourselves as consultants as it is a poor description of what we do. we have seen, time and again, that the leveraged model used by consulting organisations, employing experienced staff during the sales process and less experienced to deliver their projects, has added more value to the consulting organisations than their clients. at solutionenable we have assembled a small team of senior consultants with a proven track record in programme/project management and business process improvement. our consultants have a minimum of ten years experience. as a result, we deploy a small number of experienced consultants to our assignments and work with our clients to deliver value for their investment. our central promise is to bring measurable financial value to our clients and leave organisations in significantly better condition than they were before w
