solutionsurfers is an international network of consultants, coaches and trainers all committed to bringing solution focus coaching approach to organizations, businesses and individuals. we have trained more than 4,000 coaches on 5 continents. we started formally in romania at the beginning of 2013 though we’ve been working with solution focus in different ways for over 10 years. starting 2013, we have also made available in romania our international coaching school. you are welcome to learn more about our brief coaching training, as well as to have a direct experience of our solution focused coaching approach during one of our monthly free introductory coaching events. since 2015, solutionsurfers romania offers a full range of services from individual coaching, training programs, tailored organizational development consulting through to our coaching school.
