solvermate молодой активно развивающийся стартап — разработчик по, распространяемого по принципу saas. основан на базе оао «бк софт» в 2009 году. изначально проект был задуман как система поддержки клиентов для it-компаний и it-отделов, производителей по и техники, интернет-провайдеров, оказывающих услуги организаций. при дальнейшем развитии проекта и получении откликов от клиентов возникла необходимость изменить подход к решению задач в сторону простоты, удобства и универсальности использования. в октябре solvermate участвовал в открытом конкурсе инновационных проектов в сфере современных интернет-технологий «web ready 2010». из 431 проекта был выбран в тридцатку полуфиналистов в номинации «лучший стартап». в ноябре 2010 года стал участником экспертного клуба премии рунета-2010 в ряду активных членов единой сети рунетчиков rocid.ru в феврале 2011 года solvermate закончил закрытое бета тестирование и открыл регистрацию для всех желающих. март 2011 года — официальный старт продаж. апрел
