at soma systems we’ve created a micro-turbine generator that produces more power in a smaller package than anything on the market. it does this by taking advantage of wind, solar, and magnetic technologies, and by incorporating a number of unique qualities. first, it is made of small, low-cost modules that stack together like legos, allowing the system to evolve with a user’s needs. second, it uses technologies inspired by jet engines which allow it to operate in wind speeds, and at elevations, roughly 10 times lower than traditional systems. finally, a powerful magnetic array helps the system manage unpredictable wind patterns, and overcome friction.
