the something po anglicky podcast is a passion project. the concept is simple, bring in well known slovak personalities and take them out of their comfort zone by having a whole podcast in english. most of these personalities do not have publicly available content of them speaking a foreign language. speaking a foreign language also changes people's personalities, mannerisms, body language etc and by doing this we present a new way for fans to see the people they admire in a new light. it is like seeing a new side of someone that you thought you "knew." the podcast also serves to promote the use of foreign languages, many young people will be motivated to pick up a language when they know that their idols speak several languages.
