since 2002, sommelier selection has been exclusively specializing in the selection of independent boutique wineries from france, italy and spain. we advocate authenticity. while most are aware of prestigious labels, those from other parts of europe are either misunderstood or virtually unknown. it is in here that sommelier selection seeks to instill a wine culture highlighted by diversity, discovery and value from our portfolio of authentic selections from the most reputable wine artisans. we select wines, winemakers and wine estates that best reflects europe’s regional identities. the result is a 260-selection wine list that is truly representative, covering 20 major wine growing regions in france and italy, more than 100 appellations, an array of some 75 grape varieties, and about 60 winemakers. the selection is thorough and extensive, starting with an in-depth research, proceeding then to personal visits to each individual estate, meeting the winemakers and conducting comparative ta
