we are an ecuadorian-based hospitality group driven to create best-in-class experiences around ecuadorian culture and environment. our first project is a restaurant in the heart of quito, ecuador, serving contemporary ecuadorian cuisine based on locally available ingredients and globally-inspired techniques. the chef team has local roots and has trained and operated in world-class settings, including: institut paul bocuse in lyon, france, guy savoy's 3-star michelin restaurant and alan ducasse's 3-star michelin restaurant in paris, dinnerlab, feastly, eatwith and zesty in san francisco, california, usa.
